Karl Asia Pacific International Education Group was initially started in Taiwan in 2006 to provide a higher level of personalized service for students wanting to study abroad that was not offered by a standard educational consulting agency. Seeing a need for a North American base to serve students already studying abroad, we later established a Canadian base of operations in Vancouver.
